Happy Pentecost!
We celebrated today with birthday cake, fruit (of the Spirit) salad, and barbecued chicken (Get it? Barbecued? Of course you did...sorry). The twelve red candles represent the twelve apostles (complete with flames over their heads!) and the blue in the middle represents Mary, Spouse of the Spirit, Mother of us who are His Body, the Church.
